One General called IAT Underwriter Claire N. about a complicated piece of business that had to be written ASAP. A prior market pulled out unexpectedly, and it turns out, the insured’s main agent contact was out on leave. Quickly, Claire worked with One General to find a solution for the risk. Our agent partner was able to get the insured’s quote out in the nick of time and ended up choosing IAT to safeguard their property.

After working closely with One General on IAT’s Unity Property pilot, Claire and our partner were in a rhythm to quickly trouble-shoot a solution. The agent was so appreciative of Claire’s quick and thoughtful work, they sent her a t-shirt commemorating her efforts (pictured below) deeming her an “Exceptionally Spectacular Insurance Professional.”
